ENTREVEUS was born from a deeply held belief that there is a more human way to resolve conflict. A way that does not seek to determine who is right, but instead helps people discover what is truly needed to build an agreement they can respect and embrace with full awareness and freedom.

For me, conscious mediation is a process that goes beyond resolving a disagreement. It is a space where people can truly listen to one another, understand what each person genuinely needs and move towards a shared understanding that transforms initially conflicting positions into agreements freely built by the people themselves. Without imposition, without pressure, with awareness, responsibility, dignity and a willingness to reach agreement.

At ENTREVEUS, I use mediation, negotiation and dialogue not merely as an emergency exit from conflict, but as a valuable path in its own right—an opportunity to build agreements that judicial proceedings would struggle to achieve or guarantee.
