Mediation from a Systemic Perspective
Because every conflict is rooted in a story, a web of relationships and a context—all of which deserve to be heard.
At its heart, every conflict is a human conflict.
Behind every case are people, emotions and intertwined stories, often misunderstood or silenced. Yet within every conflict there is also a deep desire to move forward, knowing that resolution has been achieved.
Who I Am
After 25 years in the legal profession, mediation and the humanities have opened the way for me to facilitate cooperation, mutual recognition, listening and creativity, helping the parties reach agreements they can be proud of.
ENTREVEUS is my contribution to improving human relationships.

My Approach to Mediation
Every conflict has roots that go beyond what the parties initially express.
This is why a systemic perspective is central to my work. It allows the parties to become aware of what lies beneath the problem, beyond their initial positions. It plants the seed for an approach focused on building a shared solution, away from court corridors that are often overwhelmed and disconnected from the people experiencing the conflict.
Exploring both the smaller and the larger issues within the mediation process, at a pace set by the parties themselves, is the best way to address them.
My Method
WE LISTEN: A structured first session to establish the framework and ensure a safe space for listening..
WE UNDERSTAND: Joint or individual sessions, depending on which format best facilitates dialogue.
WE ORGANISE: Identifying the relevant issues and creating a shared agenda.
WE BUILD: Where appropriate, the resulting agreements can be given legal validity.
WE AGREE: Through structured dialogue, the parties can express their needs, clarify misunderstandings and explore possible solutions.
WE DRAFT: Clear drafting of the agreements, allowing time for review.
WE SUPPORT YOU: We actively follow up on compliance where necessary.
Sessions can take place in person or online, in the language chosen by both parties.

Everything said, heard or seen during mediation remains within the mediation process and is strictly confidential.
If you are considering mediation or would like to understand more clearly what it can offer before deciding whether to choose this path, we can talk with no obligation.
Mediation is flexible. You can pause the process and pursue other methods of dispute resolution at any time, if appropriate. The judicial route will always remain open. The decision and the solution are in your hands. You choose the path.
